The “Keif House” website at www.keifhouse.com (here in after: “The Site“) powered by Keif House 558453031, Smilanski 10 Netanya (here in after:”Keif House” or “We“) respectfully treats your privacy and is committed to maintaining and protecting the personal information it collects and holds about you. The privacy policy below describes how we collect information, the type of information collected, how the information is used, and how you, as the subject of the information, can remove or modify it.
What is stated in this document is formulated in the masculine form for convenience only, and is intended for both men and women.
The information collected
Personal ID Information
When using the Site www.keifhouse.com (“The Site“) and/or as part of your engagement with Keif House, you agree that we will collect, retain and use your personal information in the manner described in this Policy and agree to the risks described in the Security Section.
In this Policy, the phrase “personal information” or “information” means any information collected by us or provided to us by you, through which you can be identified, including “information” as defined in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (“Privacy Protection Law“), including, but not limited to, your first and last name, your home address, telephone number, e-mail address, cards you purchased through the Site, content you were interested in, payment methods, etc.
You are not legally obligated to provide personal information and the provision of personal information is done voluntarily and with your consent, however, you agree that without the delivery of personal information, Keif House may not be able to offer you its services and/or you will not be able to make use of all the services offered through the Site and/or Keif House will not be able to respond as required to your request and/or contact you.
Non-personally identifiable information
Some of the information collected about you as part of your use of the Site and/or your engagement with Keif House does not personally identify you and is not stored together with your personal information. This is statistical and/or aggregate information, for example: the pages you viewed, the events and services that interested you, the Internet address (IP) from which you contacted, and more.
Third-party information
Without derogating from the foregoing, if you provide Keif House with personal information about any third parties, you undertake that you have and will remain in your hands whenever such personal information is in the hands of Keif House all the consents required of those third parties to provide their details and personal information about them to Keif House and the uses that Keif House will make of the information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, and you will be solely responsible in this regard.
Database
The information collected about you will be stored in the Keif House database (“The Repository“) and under its responsibility. The use of the Site and/or the services offered by Keif House attest to your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and that information about you will be stored and managed in such database. The use of the information in the database will be made in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy or in accordance with the provisions of any law – for the purposes set out in the “Use of Information” section below.
Use of information
The personal information about you will be stored in the aforementioned repository for the following purposes:
A. To allow you to use the Site, and the content contained therein
B. In order to provide you with different services, depending on the nature and type of engagement between you and Keif House
C. Contacting when we believe that there is a need for this purpose for the provision of the services or for the fulfillment of another directive according to law
D. Provide support and handle requests or complaints
E. Contact you with marketing offers, including invitations to events, advertising offers, offers for the purchase of products or services, subject to the provisions of applicable law
F. In order to comply with the requirements of any law, regulation or other legislative thing, as well as to assist competent authorities and any third party, when we believe in good faith that we should do.
Without derogating from the foregoing, we will be entitled to make use of information that does not personally identify you for various legitimate purposes, for example: for the purpose of improving the services and applications offered on the Site; adaptation of content, services and advertisements displayed on the Site; Statistical research on how to use the site and the services and content offered through it.
Providing information to third parties
We will not transfer personal information about you to third parties without your consent, except in the cases listed below:
A. To the extent necessary for the proper delivery of services, products and content, including for operational, logistical, information security, etc.
B. If we are required to do so by judicial order, a requirement of a competent authority or by law

You agree that we will be entitled to transfer personal information outside of Israel, even though the law of the state to which the personal information is transmitted and/or where personal information is stored ensures a different level of protection from the level of protection of information set forth in Israeli law.
Cookies
The Site may use cookies for its ongoing and proper operation, including to collect statistics about the use of the Site, to verify details and for information security needs.

It is possible that on these websites and pages you will be asked to register, provide various details, etc. It is agreed that Keif House has no knowledge, control or responsibility regarding what is happening on these linked websites. Providing details and registration on these related websites is not subject to the site’s privacy policy but rather to the privacy policies of those linked websites and the provisions of any law. Browsing to linked websites and these pages, as well as any other action you take in or in connection with them, are your responsibility and the responsibility of the linked site owners only, and there will be no claim and/or demand for loss, loss or damage, direct and/or indirect, against Keif House and/or anyone acting on its behalf arising from the reliance and/or use of content and/or the use of the content and/or information provided on these linked websites.
Marketing mailings
Keif House may, but does not have to, send you publications, promotions, discounts, updates, innovations, etc. (collectively: “marketing mailing“) from time to time, inter alia through e-mails or SMS, subject to obtaining the user’s consent in accordance with the provisions of Section 30A of the Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting), 5742-1982. This marketing mailing may contain Keif House services or products or third-party products and services, including Keif House Store.
If you wish not to receive inquiries through marketing mailings, you may, at any time, notify Keif House in accordance with the contact details contained in this Policy below or in accordance with the details appearing in the mailing itself, of your choice. It is clarified that Keif House shall be entitled to send you marketing mailings based on the products of the processing and characterization of your personal information provided by you and/or information about your activity on the Site and/or information stored in Keif House systems, in order to offer you various products or services that you may have an interest in.
Information security
The site implements up-to-date information security systems and procedures. While these systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized penetration, they do not provide absolute security.
Communication networks, computers, servers, and websites are vulnerable to attacks and hacking attempts by various parties. Keif House takes a number of security measures in order to maintain the privacy of the information entered as part of the use of the site, but the user should know that this cannot be fully guaranteed and there may be security breaches and intrusions to the site. Keif House does not guarantee that the site will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored therein. By browsing the site, and providing the user’s information, the user releases Keif House and/or anyone acting on his behalf from responsibility for any damage caused to him and/or anyone on his behalf due to attacks, attempts to hack and infiltrate such information and waive any claim against Keif House and/or anyone acting on his behalf in connection with it.
Right to review information
According to the Privacy Protection Law, each person is entitled to review the information on which he is held in a database. A person who has reviewed the information about him and found that it is incorrect, incomplete, clear or up-to-date, may contact the owner of the database with a request to correct the information or delete it.

In addition, if the information in the database is used for personal contact with you, you are entitled under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, to require in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database.
Changes to privacy policy
Keif House may change the terms of the Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made to the policy, Keif House will make an announcement at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
